A Systems Build has a defined start, end and deliverable. Scope is fixed and agreed up front – no creeping fees, no open-ended engagement. And it’s built inside the tools you already use, so there’s no new software to buy.

One core process – quoting, onboarding, job management – mapped and designed before any build begins.

2. Built in your existing stack

GHL, Zapier, Make or similar. No new platforms forced on you, no surprise subscriptions.

3. Full SOP documentation

A written standard operating procedure so the system runs on the team, not on you.

4. One revision round

Within 10 working days of sign-off, so the system fits how your business really works.

Scoping

A free call to agree exact deliverables, tools, integrations and timeline. No surprises after sign-off.

System design and process mapping – agreed in writing before any build work starts.

Typically 4–5 weeks, built inside your existing stack and tested as we go.

Sig-off

A 60-minute delivery review, SOP documented, and one revision round within 10 working days.

Pricing & Terms

Clear, fixed, and agreed up front.

Typical range

£3,500 – £5,000, with the final price tied to the agreed scope. You’ll know it before you commit.

Payment

50% upfront, 50% on delivery – standard for fixed-scope work, with accountability built in for both sides.

Focus

One active Systems Build at a time, so your project has full attention from scope to handover.

Once the system is built by CB Tech, a Gold T1 retainer is the natural next step to keep it sharp as you grow.
